Start by making blue corn tortilla chips and chopping up a fresh salsa rioja with tomatoes, dried chili peppers and onions. Next, prepare wagyu beef tacos and instant-pot black beans with garlic, jalapeños and bacon. Dessert is a classic Mexican treat of fried churros topped with caramel sauce.
