Bring a taste of Europe to your kitchen with this comforting, cool-weather menu.

This autumn-inspired cooking class will take you on a culinary journey across Europe. Follow along with a world-class chef as you simmer hearty beef bourguignon and prepare German egg noodle dumplings finished in a browned butter sauce. For dessert, dig into a sweet and tangy apple-cranberry crumble, the perfect treat for a chilly evening.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

Chef Lee was great and I learned a lot. But two days later I still don’t have the recipes. It would have been helpful to have them at the class so we could take notes.
