Enjoy a cozy night in together for a culinary date night experience

Celebrate your love of autumn flavors in this cozy cooking class. A top chef will teach you how to simmer a delicious pot of beef bourguignon accompanied by spaetzle, a German egg noodle dumpling sautéed in luscious brown butter. To top off this romantic autumnal evening, together you will bake a favorite Fall dessert, an apple cranberry crumble to share.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!

We didn’t have Eric but some woman. Instructions weren’t that thought out and for groups of four, more equipment should have been available. You should offer classes for groups of 2. Not enough hands on time with four people and you can’t experience cooking the meal.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!
