What You’ll Do

Learn to create authentic dishes with fresh ingredients and spices.

Explore the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef instructor will lead you through crafting a delectable menu, starting with seasoning succulent chicken with aromatic za’atar, a classic Middle Eastern spice blend. You'll also use fresh produce, zesty citrus and herbs to prepare flavorful sides. Conclude the evening by making a rich, creamy pistachio custard from scratch. By the end of the class, you'll savor the essence of these exquisite dishes.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
