Cooking Class - The Elevated Wonders of French Food

What You’ll Do

Work alongside a master chef instructor to craft a five-star menu of French bistro classics.

In this hands-on cooking class, master the techniques needed to create a five-star French bistro meal at home. An expert chef instructor will guide you through techniques for pan-roasting white fish, crafting a perfect aromatic compound butter and expertly preparing vegetables and thinly sliced potatoes. To complete your culinary journey, craft a decadent pot de crème with caramel and pears, bringing the flavors of the French coast to your kitchen.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
