What You’ll Do

Create delightful pastries that will impress even the most discerning palates.

Join this cooking class and immerse yourself in the craft of creating delectable croissants. In just three hours, you will become proficient in the methods needed to prepare both savory and sweet varieties. Experience the entire process, including dough mixing, laminating, shaping and baking to create the perfect flaky pastry.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
