What You’ll Do

Journey through Italy’s north with every delicious bite.

Embark on a cooking class journey through Italy's autumn harvest. Begin by mastering the technique of braising veal shanks to create a tender Osso Bucco. Next, learn to make a creamy polenta infused with the rich flavors of roasted garlic and mascarpone cheese. Conclude the experience with a delightful dessert that marries sweet strawberries with aged balsamic vinegar and crunchy amaretti cookies.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

Friendly and professional, Chef Vilsaria provided simple guidance, which made our first-ever "cooking class" surprisingly enjoyable. I was somewhat intimidated, but she set a casual and relaxed atmosphere, which made the evening a fun night out for us. We definitely will be back!
