Way too much money to make four wontons. However, I met some really nice people.

Chef Lina was such a nice lady. We really enjoyed her class and hope to take another one soon.

Lina was nice. I don't think the class as a whole necessarily bonded as a group. It was odd. There was an overall lack of attention to the group by the instructor. The class started late, with no sorry or explanation. The venue was great but the shared space and resultant noise level (there was a live band in the winery) made it difficult to hear. Only a couple people were called up to complete recipes as the rest of the class were left to talk amongst ourselves, waiting, not learning anything, and ultimately sharing food we had nothing to do with making. While Lina was cordial and likeable, I could have learned more from YouTube and saved the $75 (x2 for my guest).
