Begin by pressing your tortillas using a traditional press and explore diverse fillings featuring jackfruit, mushrooms, soy chorizo and a mix of vibrant vegetables. Discover different flavor combinations and the versatility of cooking with vegan ingredients. Learn how to balance sweet and savory elements, such as pairing spicy soy chorizo with sweet pineapple to create exciting taste profiles. By the end, you will have mastered three unique vegan taco varieties perfect for any occasion.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was fun, informative, and delicious! Maggie made a custom menu for us and was extremely positive and accommodating. She was extremely professional and prepared, and she was totally unfazed by our rather small kitchen. Highly recommend!

Chef Maggie was amazing! Her culinary class was a perfect birthday gift. My friends and I learned so many great cooking tips, and we had a lot of fun helping to make the meal. Chef Maggie led us in making a delicious Mediterranean meal that was fresh and flavorful. She honored a special request to make dolmas which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend a class with Chef Maggie!

Maggie was such a fantastic teacher and made amazingly flavorful food for us! I don't usually expect delicious Vegan European food, but this surpassed all my expectations. My favorite dish of the night was the ratatouille with each flavor note standing out beautifully and paired perfectly with a simple baked potato topped with hollandaise sauce. Yum! The best part was that all the dishes being so simple and healthy, are easily replicable any other time at home. We definitely learned a lot and cannot recommend her enough! Truly a wonderful birthday surprise!
