Learn how to craft a classic menu packed full of delightful French cuisine.

Show off your skills with a cooking class that transports you to the heart of Paris. Under the guidance of an expert chef, you'll learn to craft a menu of timeless French favorites during an unforgettable experience of non-stop learning.

Begin with an all-time French classic - caramelized onion soup with Gruyère cheese. Learn the delicate balance of a pear salad before preparing the iconic chateaubriand, a tender beef tenderloin crowned with the decadent sauce Colbert. Then, you'll craft a luxurious crème brûlée. This hands-on cooking class promises an immersive experience that celebrates the refined elegance and traditions of French cuisine.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With caramelized onions, leeks, white wine, rich beef stock, bone marrow, French baguette and Gruyère cheese

Salade de Poire: Pear Salad

With carrots, turnips, celery, leeks, poached pears, pomegranate seeds and Sherry vinaigrette

Chateaubriand With Sauce Colbert

With beef filet, black chopped truffles, shallots, egg yolks, clarified butter, chervil, Yukon golden potatoes and charred tomatoes

This was our first-ever cooking class and couldn't be happier with the experience! We would 100% choose chef Damon again for another cuisine experience and recommend him to whoever is looking for one. It was an amazing night with wonderful food, great conversation, and cooking tips from a very knowledgeable professional.

Where do I start!! This was the absolute best birthday surprise that I have ever had!! The food was amazing! Chef Damon educated us throughout the entire experience. He accommodated the request of vegetarian dishes which were all flavorful. I wanted to do a little dance after every bite! Thank you again Chef Damon!

Chef Damon was knowledgeable and patience with us novice chefs. When you walked in he had the kitchen prepped with all the ingredients and ready for us. The class was very hands on and so much fun learning little tricks while cooking. The food was phenomenal. We made everything from scratch learning all the basic techniques that I can use in the future for sure. I would highly recommend Chef Damon over and over again for this experience and I can't wait to take another class of his.

Our class was great! Chef Damon was knowledgeable, prepared, professional and helped us make a delicious meal. What a fun experience for our family! I’m still waiting on recipes to be sent and look forward to receiving those soon so we can recreate the recipes at home!

Wow, what a fun time and DELICIOUS meal we had with Chef Damon! We honed our knife skills and discovered some new products and techniques. We could make this meal at home and look forward to doing it. The highlight for us was getting to know Chef Damon, a wonderful person and contributor to our community as a chef and in other significant ways.

I've had the pleasure of several different meals created by Chef Damon, I have not had anything that I didn't enjoy! Also had the pleasure of dining at one of his pop ups, one of the best experiences to date! If Chef Damon is in your area I recommend trying his food, definitely a wonderful culinary delight!
