The flavors of Tex Mex cuisine will be on full display in this engaging cooking class. Chef Ricky will guide you through the recipes and techniques of these classic dishes.

To begin, fry up homemade chips and make homemade salsa and guacamole to get the fiesta started. Learn how to sous vide chicken breast for enchiladas stuffed with fresh jalapeños and a lemon sour cream sauce. Whip up classic beans and Spanish rice for a side. Satisfy your sweet tooth with crispy fried buñuelos tossed in cinnamon and sugar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
