What You’ll Do

A textbook laminated dough unlocks the door to so many special French pastries.

Unpack the golden, flaky layers of a warm croissant with this chef-led cooking class. Start by layering chilled butter and pastry dough then meticulously folding, rotating and rolling out to create layer upon layer of buttery goodness. Slice and roll out your croissants, along with a savory and sweet-filled version.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Anne was amazing. We had so much fun and enjoyed all the information she shared about baking bread and other classes. The ham and cheese as well as the almond croissants were delicious. Chef Anne broke down the steps into to easy, understandable steps. I look forward to trying on my own. Thanks for a wonderful morning.
