Making Italian food at home allows you to savor authentic flavors.

Unearth your passion for Italian cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Discover the secrets of making fresh, homemade tagliatelle pasta, perfecting the ideal thickness for this beloved Italian noodle. Master the art of roasting garlic and mixing it with a spicy sausage and rich tomato sauce. Create a vibrant salad with seasonal greens, prosciutto and a delicate vinaigrette. For dessert, caramelized figs and creamy ricotta.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Aeisha was very knowledgeable in Asian cuisine and the meal we created was delicious. We were promised the recipes to be emailed to us and I have not received them.

Really fun class! Aeisha is super! Only downside was ending felt rushed - no decorating the sugar cookie and we didn't make all the cookies advertised. Overall GREAT experience though. :)
