What You’ll Do

Explore traditional cuisine from the North of France.

This immersive cooking class showcases culinary classics from the French regions of Brittany and Normandy. Your world-class chef instructor teaches traditional techniques as you prepare savory crêpes, dress asparagus with herbed compound butter and build a fresh, seasonal salad. For a stunning finale to this gourmet regional menu, you'll craft a classic apple custard tart finished with brandy-spiked cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We felt that the class was disorganized and 16 is too many people for this space. The class ran late so we were handed our food to go. Would have been nice to enjoy hot.
