Refine your culinary skills while learning new techniques in this French-inspired date night cooking class.

Impress your date while refining your culinary skills in this unique date night cooking class. You'll work alongside a master chef to discover techniques for pan-roasting chicken and elevate your knife skills while preparing market fresh vegetables for ratatouille. The evening ends when you whip eggs, mix, measure and bake to create a perfectly risen dessert soufflé.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

We had a great experience today! I brought my daughter for her birthday. The entire staff was friendly - the pace of the lesson was excellent, and the end project was so great. Would highly recommend this class!

Did not enjoy class. Not enough instruction and sharing a work space in a small corner was not fun. Also never received recipes!!

Although Chef Emily was great and engaging and the food tasted good, the structure of cooking classes at Sur La Table are a little rushed for my taste. There is also no seating when you’re eating your meal and eating standing up isn’t the best. However I really appreciated the technical tips around basic skills like cutting that was part of the course.
