What You’ll Do

Indulge in the flavors of authentic dim sum in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of an expert chef, you'll learn the recipes and techniques to make two types of dumplings. You'll make savory fillings, including barbecued pork. Plus, learn the proper way to fold and form the dumplings before cooking them to fluffy perfection.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Dagny and her apprentice worked very well together to explain not only the ingredients but the chemistry of how they worked together and how the heat affects the outcome of the product. And they adjusted well with any kinks that may have come up. Everything was absolutely delicious and informative. Everyone loved the class and Chef's.
