What You’ll Do

Create a restaurant quality menu for two with your love in this French cooking class.

Try something new for date night with a French-inspired cooking class for two. You and your date will craft an elegant menu with pan-roasted poultry, brown butter mashed potatoes and a seasonally fresh vegetable side. Then, break out the blow torch to create a decadent and delicious custard dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The chef was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions. Understand that there is not a ton of time but I would have liked to have seen some of the prep work (at least an overview). For example, we made gnocchi but did not learn how to prepare the potatoes (we were just given them ready to go) and returned from break with them cooked and in the sauce. Would have liked at least a quick overview of the steps: cooking gnocchi, ricing the potatoes... and any little tips for those steps. Other than, it was a great experience and looking forward to my next class!

Chef Stuart was great! We truly enjoyed our fist cooking class date night. Chef shared a few cooking tips, which we appreciated. And he has a great sense of humor ? we took a group picture which I would love to share and will send via email. Thanks for a great night.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.
