Take a flavor-filled culinary venture, one captivating dish at a time.

No travel plans are necessary to enjoy dishes from the Middle East with this tempting in-person cooking class. Adventure awaits for cooks of all skill levels ready to explore prime Persian and Middle Eastern specialties.

Pick up traditional techniques and learn the stories behind the recipes with your talented instructor as your guide. You'll start by crafting muhammara, a smoky roasted red pepper dip with a blend of bold spices. Then, prepare the beloved Persian pancake, khagineh, with saffron syrup, crushed rose petals and a sweet nut filling. Next, master shakshuka, poaching eggs in a savory tomato and pepper sauce. End the experience with a soothing cup of hot Persian herbal tea.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A group of friends did the Spanish Tapas class We had a wonderful time. Chef Jay is a great teacher. The food was delicious. The space is lovely .Thank you for a great class

Journey Culinary and chef Deborah Dupuis hosted a private cooking class for my family group of 6. They readily helped arrange a menu alternative to meet a dietary restriction for one of our group. Chef Deborah was friendly and informative as we moved through meal preparation. The Italian meal we created was delicious! The space was intimate and we very much enjoyed the activity together as a family. We plan to go back and we recommend Journey Culinary to others.

We just experienced a very genuine, fun, inspiring evening with Jay on cooking Spanish Tapas. Jay is an amazing cook and we learned some great recipes that ranged from very simple to more culturally complex combinations that all culminated in a variety of tapas that were an exquisite interpretation of delectable Spanish cuisines. Thank you Jay for a memorable evening for our family!

Chef Jay offer a wide selection of culinary classes featuring cuisines from all over the world. Not only is the instruction excellent and precise but also the food is delicious and innovative! The experience was amazing! Suberp food! You're not just cooking, Chef Jay will also teach you about the traditions and flavors of the dish. It is perfect for family and date nights. The setting is lovely and Chef Jay is an amazing and very creative teacher.
