Bold flavors and brilliant textures are the order of the day in this hands-on cooking class celebrating traditional Mexican dining. With these restaurant-level recipes and a generous helping of guided instruction, you'll arrange a full-fledged culinary festival to serve, share and enjoy.
Discover time-tested methods for making corn and flour tortillas by hand and use them to create classic chicken enchiladas. Then, wrap homespun tamales featuring succulent pork and chili sauce and fry crispy, sugar-dusted churros for a sweet dessert celebration.
Outside beverages are not permitted. Guests will be provided with a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
