The class was very entertaining and we learned about a lot of different cooking methods - even beyond what we were cooking. The chef kept it interactive for the full time. Recommend

Chef was great and very knowledgeable. I liked the collaborative aspect of the food making process, but the group was too big for everyone to be able to participate on every step of the preparation.
