What You’ll Do

Explore the flavors of the Italian countryside in a romantic meal for two.

Transport yourself to Tuscany for a date night cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you Tuscan recipes and techniques to season and sear a steak to perfection. Then, make and shape gnocchi and homemade sauces. Finish with a decadent mini chocolate chip gelato for a sweet dessert for two.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.

Disappointed in our experience. Having people touch and share food in a group environment was inappropriate and unsanitary to us. We ended up leaving early.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class, I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta myself! Great class over all, would definitely take again!
