In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll use time-honored techniques and peak Italian ingredients to create a light, yet satisfying meal. Guided by the chef, you’ll make fresh pasta to serve with tender shrimp, juicy tomatoes and fragrant basil. Pair your pasta with a seasonal salad before preparing gelato for affogato, a beloved Italian treat.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
