Cooking Class - French Heritage Macarons - Natick

What You’ll Do

Discover the art of making and baking macarons from scratch.

Join in culinary adventures as you are taught the art making of a French specialty, the Macaron. A professional chef instructor will ensure nothing goes amiss as you make two celebrated and flavored types of macarons, Crème Brûlée & Peach and Champagne. You'll be taught the correct way to whip eggs and make the meringue while getting the batter colored just right. From the fillings to the crisp shells, this class will give you a whole new perspective on macarons as a delectable French treat.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
