Learn how to make a delicious pizza, from dough to done!

Whether thick crust or thin, vegetarian or meat, oven baked or wood-fired, eating the perfect pie can be life changing! And re-creating your favorite restaurant pie at home has eluded many of the best home chefs. Until now.

In this unique class, Chef Cat will take you on a step-by-step journey to demystify the art of making the perfect dough with that little extra bit of flavor, using a naturally fermented, wild-yeast sourdough starter. You’ll learn every step of the process, from mixing, balling, stretching, shaping, to baking the final product: a deliciously light, crisp bite with serious flavor and chew: the real pizzaiolo deal. Join us!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A great experience! I had a lot of fun and met some great people. Learned all about sourdough baking and made some great pies. Even got to take one home. Well worth it!

Cat was excellent- knowledgeable and with a great attitude! I bought Cozymeal's sourdough pizza class as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday and it was a wonderful and fun experience for us. Would recommend to a friend!

Chef Cat was great. My wife and daughter joined me for this class and we all agree that it was great in large part to Chef Cat. Very knowledgeable, passionate (she's crazy about sourdough) and fun. We'll definitely take more classes.

Very well organized and lots of hands on for the entire class. Appetizers were delicious and unexpected. Chef Cat sure knows her dough/pizza and the toppings offered were endless. Great class and fun.

Chef Cat is amazing and her pizza making classes are great! We were looking for a fun pizza class in San Francisco and came across this class on Cozymeal. We couldn't have picked anything better. Cat is kind, very knowledgable and very professional. The class was fun - we picked one of their public classes with other guests and really enjoyed it.

I booked with my team a private pizza making class with Chef Kat before she had officially joined Cozymeal and we really enjoyed it. I can't recommend her enough and she is definitely also a great chef for team building cooking classes.

This class was so much fun and I learned more about a sourdough starter and making bagels (and even bread) than I even thought I would...and we got to take home our own starter! Cat was awesome. I would highly recommend this class. The only critique I have is that it started 20 minutes late and went 30 minutes long. I would have given this 5 stars if it started on time.

It was a lot of fun to be in an an actual commercial bakery kitchen. The class was fun, informative, and we had a chance to eat what we made. It was a wonderful experience!
