Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

A move to Miami revealed new realms of flavor and led her to a second love: Teaching cooking courses. A specialty in Asian cuisine lets her put her superior knife skills to their best use. Absolutely loved my cooking class! I took it with my mom, and we had a fantastic time cooking, enjoying wine, and learning professional skills. The chefs were amazing, providing clear explanations and offering personalized guidance to each group. It was a truly wonderful experience that I can't wait to share with family and friends. Showed up 30 mins late and was told we’re not allowed to join the class nor receive any type of refund.

Chef Dagny and her apprentice worked very well together to explain not only the ingredients but the chemistry of how they worked together and how the heat affects the outcome of the product. And they adjusted well with any kinks that may have come up. Everything was absolutely delicious and informative. Everyone loved the class and Chef's.
