Craft decadent sweet sensations such as choux à la crème brimming with luscious homemade pastry cream.

This was such a great memory making experience for my daughters & I. We learned, we laughed & found a French speaking friend. The evening was an absolute success & I’m so glad I found this option. Chef Florence is engaging & just lovely in the way she imparts her knowledge of baking. I highly recommend.

Chef Florence was a delight. She gently instructed us, adapted the recipes for allergens, and significantly contributed to our holiday party atmosphere. She provided great tips. We also loved her no-waste policy and culinary viewpoint on sustainability. We thoroughly enjoyed our class and time with Chef Florence. We happily give her 5 stars!
