Embark on an international dining excursion from the comfort of your home town.

Add a new page to your home cooking atlas with this in-person cooking class exploring the flavors of Southeast Asia. Chef Shankari prepared an insightful lesson filled with culture, history and phenomenal food.

Prepare crispy spring rolls filled with herbs and vegetables and a creamy peanut dipping sauce on the side. Then, assemble a traditional pad Thai spread made from scratch for the main course. We had the most amazing time with Chef Shankari last night. She is fun, personable, flexible and a fantastic cook. My entire family learned so much from her and she was even able to engage my 8 year son in the cooking process which was such a huge blessing to us. My son gives her 10 stars out of 10 and so do we. I look forward to having her teach us a new dish next month.
