We had the most amazing time with Chef Shankari last night. She is fun, personable, flexible and a fantastic cook. My entire family learned so much from her and she was even able to engage my 8 year son in the cooking process which was such a huge blessing to us. My son gives her 10 stars out of 10 and so do we. I look forward to having her teach us a new dish next month.
