Gather with friends to embark on this bite-sized adventure, exploring the world of dim sum with a chef-led cooking class. Master picture-perfect dumplings as you mix up bold, flavorful fillings of ground meat, spices and vegetables. Make your own homemade dumpling wrappers before neatly stuffing and folding pockets of dough to pan fry or steam to tender perfection. Pack a punch of flavor with every bite!
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
