Cooking Class - Homemade Egg Noodles

all-inclusive: 2-2.5-hour class, 4-course meal.
Homemade pasta elevates even the simplest of pasta dishes at home.
Fresh, tender pasta is much easier than you think, thanks to this chef-led cooking class. Learn from an instructor how to strike the perfect ratio of flour and eggs, then roll up your sleeves to knead the dough until it's firm yet squishy. Roll out and slice up sheets of pasta into a variety of noodle shapes from long and rustic to neatly filled pockets.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
