What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare a dim sum spread to impress family and friends.

Led by a gourmet chef, this cooking class explores the art and skills of preparing the perfect dim sum menu. Practice steps for making a variety of dumplings. Learn how to form, fold, steam and pleat dumplings that you'll fill with sweet and savory ingredients.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had a great time! Class was informative and fun. 4 stars as I would prefer to have my own materials to mix rather than sharing with another couple at the station.

This was my first cozy meal class. Chef V was terrific. I love the casual, not pretentiousness of the class. I look forward to more classes.
