Learn how to make authentic dim sum from scratch.
Enjoy bite-sized deliciousness in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of a chef instructor, you'll learn to make dim sum and dumplings from scratch. First, you'll learn to make dough and delicious fillings. Then, you'll learn the technique to cook them until golden brown. In the end, you'll enjoy a feast of unique dumpling flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
