Learn the foundations of making authentic Japanese sushi from scratch.

During this hands-on cooking class, you'll focus on mastering the art of sushi making. From selecting the finest fish to properly seasoning rice, cutting vegetables, and preparing dipping sauces, you'll learn the essential techniques. Guided by a top-rated chef, you'll also perfect the art of rolling sushi with expert techniques.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!
