Choose and mix ingredients that you'll form into gluten and dairy-free chocolate financiers. Dare to make a batch of clafoutis to delight your sweet tooth cravings. You'll also prepare dairy-free velvety and vanilla-scented pots de crème. Learn to use ingredients such as dairy-free milk, almond flour, dairy-free butter and seasonal berries without compromising on taste.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.
