Designed for all levels of home cooking enthusiasts, this cooking class focuses on classic American flavors from land and sea. A gourmet chef delivers step-by-step instructions to prepare a delicious menu.

Start with an appetizer of Maryland-style mini crab cakes with avocado and cilantro. Learn how to marinate and grill a steak. Chop vegetables for a fresh arugula salad. You'll also prepare oven-roasted fingerling potatoes accented with flat-leaf parsley and Parmigiano Reggiano. Dessert is a puff pastry filled with passionfruit Chantilly cream and topped with seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Hilda was amazing. She was so knowledgable and personable and made us feel really at home. The food was delicious and can’t wait try out the recipes to impress our next dinner guests. Such a refreshing experience away from the Strip and couldn’t recommend highly enough!

This was our first Cozymeal experience and we loved it. Chef Hilda was very kind and we felt so welcome in her home, enough so that we left the experience feeling like new friends. It was fun and easy being guided through the recipes and the food was all excellent. Thank you for an evening we won't forget.
