Under the guidance of a gourmet chef, you'll learn a variety of authentic Tuscan recipes in this cooking class. Practice grilling savory chicken, infusing it with zesty lemon and aromatic rosemary and slicing broccolini. Dessert keeps the citrus theme going with a buttery crust and lemony zing.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Vlisaria brings over 18 years of hospitality experience and a culinary foundation from Le Cordon Bleu. With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

I've never made pasta before. I loved, loved the class & Chef Sam did a great job. It's amazing how much we accomplished in such a short time. When I think about cooking dinner, my mind says it's going to take hours. I will definitely be making this meal very soon.

The chef was wonderful. Her instructions were clear and she went around the room constantly making sure we were doing things right. I enjoyed her as an instructor and chef. Can’t wait to take another class.

We had a great time! Class was informative and fun. 4 stars as I would prefer to have my own materials to mix rather than sharing with another couple at the station.
