Cooking Class - Homemade Pasta Night

What You’ll Do

Use new skills and techniques to prepare your own pasta.

This cooking class features the skills and guidance to make fresh pasta. Practice rolling and cutting pappardelle, spaghetti or farfalle. Learn how to prepare fillings for tortellini or ravioli. Use fresh produce, savory sauces and other ingredients to accent your creations. Classes are designed for all levels of home chefs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
