What You’ll Do

This cooking class will show the secrets of cooking amazing seafood.

If you want to become highly knowledgeable in the cooking of seafood and start a new hobby in cooking, think about joining this cooking class. An expert chef instructor will teach you authentic techniques that have been used for decades to cook crab cakes, shellfish and to pan-fry a mix of seafood. This is a great chance to learn new skills, so book a class very soon!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Loved Chef Emily's class - made amazing crab cakes that were healthy and delicious!! Also learned some great knife skills and general cooking basics. Would recommend to anyone!

Although Chef Emily was great and engaging and the food tasted good, the structure of cooking classes at Sur La Table are a little rushed for my taste. There is also no seating when you’re eating your meal and eating standing up isn’t the best. However I really appreciated the technical tips around basic skills like cutting that was part of the course.
