Explore Vietnamese cuisine and pick up new skills.

Jump into flavor with this exciting Vietnamese cooking class. Learn to create authentic Vietnamese dishes from a five-star professional chef in a hands-on learning environment.

Cook through a four-course menu starting with refreshing spring rolls, stuffed with crisp vegetables and served with a savory dipping sauce. For the entrée prepare a traditional pho noodle soup packed with hearty-flavor fresh seasonal ingredients and a side of sautéed snow peas and mushrooms. End the class with a sweet avocado milkshake for a rich and decadent dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mary was friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything she made was delicious and easy to make. My daughter and I had a wonderful time cooking and learning from her. Can’t wait to have her back for another culinary experience.

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Mary. She has incredible skills and was patient with us as we learned from her. Even my 10 year old grandson participated. The food was fantastic as was Chef Mary's personality.
