For your main course, you'll craft an authentic spanakopita, a traditional Greek spinach pie, which you'll top with a serving of fresh tzatziki sauce. Save room for dessert, where you'll enjoy fresh baklava, one of the most popular treats in Mediterranean cuisine.

My Daughter and I have had two classes with Chef Charmagaine. Worth every penny. Chef is very knowledgeable and patient. Good dishes we cooked with her guidance was fantastic. Can’t say enough about this wonderful lady. We will be back for another class. A lot of fun.
