Treat your burgeoning culinary enthusiast to an unforgettable five-day cooking series! Young chefs aged 12 and up join an accomplished chef in summer cooking classes tailored just for them. They'll delve into intricate menus and diverse culinary traditions, mastering advanced cooking techniques, baking skills and kitchen safety protocols. The week ends with a mystery challenge. Participants will showcase their newfound expertise by crafting dishes while exclusively using the provided ingredients. Each student will depart with a printed menu, a well-deserved graduation certificate and culinary skills sure to last a lifetime.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.
