Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Culinary Exploration

What You’ll Do

A week of culinary adventure for teens and tweens.

Future foodies will enjoy this cooking series featuring challenging recipes coupled with basic kitchen skills and culinary techniques. Under the guidance of a chef instructor, teens will learn skills such as flipping crepes, steaming pork buns, roasting hearty vegetables, whisking dough into French pastries or preparing a traditional Indian menu.
Summer cooking classes are designed for budding chefs ages 12 and older. Students will take home printed menus and a graduation certificate to celebrate their newfound skills.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
