What You’ll Do

Experience the finesse of French gastronomy in this French cooking class.

Learn the secrets of French cuisine in this interactive cooking class led by Chef Antonio. In this class, you'll be guided through the basics of French cooking techniques before getting the opportunity to cook a French feast from scratch. Start with a French classic, the grilled leek and potato soup, before moving to the authentic coq au vin. Then, you'll be making the iconic ratatouille provençale and finish the meal with a caramelized crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Vichyssoise (Chilled Leek and Potato Soup)

With leeks, potatoes, chicken stock, heavy cream and chives

Coq au Vin

With chicken thighs, red wine, pearl onions, bacon and cremini mushrooms

Ratatouille Provençale

With eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes and fresh thyme

Crème Brûlée

With heavy cream, vanilla bean, egg yolks, granulated sugar and raw sugar for caramelizing
