Get ready for a cooking class that'll make your taste buds sing. You’ll dive into the heart of Italy with dishes like Maltagliate al Pommarola, think hand-cut pasta with a mouthwateringly fresh tomato sauce. Pappardelle al Prosciutto e Asparagi, a creamy dream with prosciutto, asparagus and pasta ribbons. Plus, try your hand at making Ravioli Alla Ferrarese, stuffed with sweet potatoes and amaretti. To finish off, you’ll make a divine Semifreddo di Amaretto, this frozen dessert will have you asking for seconds.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I recently attended Chef MO’s pasta-making class and it exceeded all my expectations! She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking us through each step of the process with clear instructions and helpful tips. We made a variety of fresh pasta from scratch, learning techniques that I never would have figured out on my own. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Not only did I walk away with new skills, but the pasta we made was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to improve their cooking or simply have a fun, hands-on culinary experience. A truly five-star experience!

The class was very informative, she is very knowledgeable and the food was delicious. The only downside was that she was careless with the time, the class was meant to last for 3 hours and we were almost 4 hours in (11pm) and still had some stuff to cover, it was on a weekday (thursday) so both my fiance and I had to work early morning the next day, we had to let her know that it was late and we needed to go, so we had to stop and did not finish the class. She also made some imprudent comments towards me that I did not like, she was trying to be funny I guess.
