This cooking class will show you ways to incorporate spring vegetables into traditional Italian dishes. In Italy, spring is a time when fresh beans are abundant, artichokes start to bloom and greens like radicchio and puntarelle show up at farmer's markets. Discover ways to lighten up your pasta and pizza while still enjoying the essence of Italian cuisine.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I enjoyed this class so much! It was so fun and informative and the food was delicious! We left full and satisfied and will definitely book another class soon.

Never received the written recipe to make this meal at home. 4 people had to share the workspace and the pan to cook with. No cutting or prepping was introduced. No tips or assistance to help with a good outcome, just a demonstration.
