What You’ll Do

Master the art of luxurious French cuisine made with plant-based ingredients.

Explore the world of French cuisine in this vegan cooking class. Chef Maggie will guide you through a menu of French classics, teaching essential techniques and recipes along the way. First, learn how to perfectly caramelize onions with white wine for a richer French onion soup topped with vegan cheese. Then, chop tomatoes, zucchini and eggplant to make a traditional ratatouille. Roast potatoes with garlic and chives to serve with a garlic mayo spread. Then, finish the meal with a decadent crêpe filled with bananas, chocolate or strawberries for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
