What You’ll Do

Make your favorite American dishes using plant-based ingredients.

See how delicious vegan cuisine can be in this immersive cooking class. Chef Maggie will teach you how to make your favorite American meals vegan. First, make spicy cauliflower buffalo bites and a vegan ranch dressing for dipping. Fry up zucchini fritters until golden brown and pair them with a sweet berry sauce. Next, make a Caesar salad topped with vegan Parmesan and a drizzle of Caesar dressing. Finish with sweet and moist homemade vanilla cupcakes for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Formerly a cook at a yoga and wellness retreat and sous chef at a vegan restaurant, this yoga instructor and current cooking school chef instructor is passionate about vegan food, which is evident in her curated plant-based creations. Chef Maggie was AMAZING! We had such a fantastic time with her at our home. The food was incredible, and we learned so much—from chopping techniques to vegan cooking tips and even creative ways to use leftovers. Speaking of which, we have so many leftovers and can’t wait to enjoy them tomorrow when we’re not as full! Maggie came fully prepared with everything needed for the class, making the experience seamless. She was organized, engaging, and an absolute joy to chat with. Chef Maggie was amazing! Her culinary class was a perfect birthday gift. My friends and I learned so many great cooking tips, and we had a lot of fun helping to make the meal. Chef Maggie led us in making a delicious Mediterranean meal that was fresh and flavorful. She honored a special request to make dolmas which we really appreciated.
