In this immersive cooking class, capture the flavors of Mexico through four delightful dishes. Chef Juan will teach you how to transform fresh ingredients into a multi-course feast.
To begin, learn how to make an authentic ceviche with fresh fish and aguachile flavored with lime juice. Then, learn how to perfectly grill shrimp along and use poblano chiles to make an accompanying romesco sauce. Make a cochinita pibil, savory pork cooked with orange and pickled onions. Finish the meal with classic churros with a chocolate dipping sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
