Master universal cooking techniques like how to sear and blacken protein or make homemade pasta, plus discover how to make soft and fluffy polenta that is bursting with flavor, a versatile base for meat or vegetables. My friends and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed our experience! Chef Legina was wonderful and the food was superb! We were unsure about what to expect, but it was an experience we didn’t know we needed. She was prompt, friendly, patient, and personable. We will definitely do this again!
