Delight in a unique combination of two culinary styles in this immersive cooking class. Classic flavors and techniques from Tuscany get some added spice with the introduction of Creole seasoning methods and ingredients. Master universal cooking techniques like how to sear and blacken protein or make homemade pasta, plus discover how to make soft and fluffy polenta that is bursting with flavor, a versatile base for meat or vegetables. You'll even learn how to cook fruit for a buttery, rum-infused sweet treat that will blow your mind.

OMG! what a great experience. Chef Legina made cooking fun, without putting the pressure on us to ensure we created a great meal. I would definitely choose here again. This was for my wife's birthday, and she REALLY enjoyed it.
