Chef Diervion is a well-rounded culinary artist who has provided his services at the Augusta Nationals Masters golf tournament for several years running. From teaching at his alma mater, Louisiana Culinary Institute, to mentoring high school students, Chef Diervion is a natural educator. He will teach you how to tastefully blend elements from a variety of food traditions.

Chef Diervion has a love for teaching culinary. He is very descriptive when he is walking you through a process. I learned from him how to make a homemade hollandaise which is a sauce I have always been wanting to learn. His friendly personality makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
