Chef Polly was amazing! She made cooking plant based Korean food feel very approachable and was very knowledgeable about the ingredients we used. The food was delicious - we’re already planning to make most of the dishes we cooked for a dinner party. In addition to teaching us helpful tips in the kitchen, Chef Polly was very personable.
